Interim Risk will help to identify and stratify through analytics the client’s current customer base. The process will yield segregation of the client’s customers by profitability, loss rates, size, and other desired attributes to assist in the determination of profit sources. Alignment of internal resources to the higher profit client groups will assist in our client’s internal cost efficiencies as well as improve service provision. The stratification will also allow the alignment of pricing concessions to the correct high value prospective targets while offsetting high loss customers through pricing, culling activities, and agreed upon risk participation programs (direct cost offset by the high loss or low profit customers).
